    DO NOT LIVE HERE. Filthy, dirty, low quality apartments. Carpet is covered with stains. The window frame is rotted and leaks water when it rains. Ruined a $200 book and my furniture due to the flooding from that window. Literal flooding by the window. Called the office and they didn't care at all, like it wasn't of concern to them. Paint is done horribly. I'm convinced that a 5 year old could do better. It's embarrassing, anyone who walks in points it out immediately. Oh, and they are charging me $40 because they put new blinds in on a window...AND on top of it, when I signed my lease it was during a $200 special and I even have email proof from the manager that I indeed will be receiving the $200, but when I received the gift card it was for $100 and I contacted the office and they said that the $200 gift card was not a thing. This place is horrible. Biggest regret of my college career is signing my lease to live here.

    Besides the fiasco with the AC not working ( although it finally got resolved ) this place has been affordable and the maintenance personnel ive been in contact with have been nice and genuinely worried about things with the place being in order. It definitely feels like the new management has finally found their footing and is starting to get everything sorted though. So I have high hopes for the place.

    Close to Purdue, supermarkets, other important amenities like banks, post office, FedEx, BMV Office and of course restaurants, Beau Jardin is safe and nice place to live in.
